They have to be created by humans or beings with no magic... otherwise, it destroys the item. Once created, it can be used by anyone, though. [He knows too much about Magical items] Magical items aren't to be confused with potions, however. Potions can be created by any kind of magic... mostly demons or fairies create them, though.
