*unconsciously starts fiddling with her own tie when she sees Cube playing with his own*

[He swallows hard, gathering the courage to kiss her on the cheek. After all, he has to get going. He straitens his tie again and takes a breath before reaching up to kiss her gently on the cheek, pulling away quickly after the deed is done]

S-Sorry...!

A-ah... i-it's not your fault... I-I should have watched w-where I was going to a-avoid this...

*she starts to move away*

*and then she gets a shock, pushed back towards Cube*

W-why?!

W-wh-what else does it want from us...?!

[Cube holds his arms out as if to catch her, but she doesn't exactly fall into them, he just prevents her from falling on him instead.]

EEhhh?! I-It d-didn't work?

W-What do you mean "what else does it want?" I-It has a mind of it's own?!

*fortunately, Reisen isn't clumsy, so she doesn't just fall into Cube and bowl him over. She steadies herself soon enough*

I-I don't know! B-but I thought that k-kiss would have been enough to let us go!

I-It's a mistletoe! Legend says the goddess of love hangs it to kiss you when you walk under it as a reward for saving her son!! T-T-That's why People Kiss! There is no other use for this plant!

E-Enough? W-Wait... What d-do you mean?

M-m-maybe we're s-s-supposed each other o-on the... *she trails off nervously into mumbles*

[She didn't have to say it... Cube was fearing that and his arms started to flail in front of him.]

W-W-W-Wait! B-But!

[He gave a little whine, that MUST be what it wanted... he fumbles his hands together and bites his lip, sooo very nervous and embarrassed.]

I-I I guess on the c-cheek .... is not.... the kissing it desires.... I...

[But Johnny is the only person he's ever kissed on the lips before... and Reisen, although well known to Eirin, was a complete stranger to Cube. He couldn't just kiss her on the lips. He just couldn't!]

A-ah... I-I...

*and she suddenly leans forward, giving Cube a quick peck on the lips, before turning to hurry away...*

*but... again she was zapped*

W-why...?!

[Cube's face turns from mocha to red in seconds. His hand touches his lips before quickly pulling it away, snapping out of it, and realizing Reisen was in pain again.]

M-Miss Reisen I-

[WAAAIT! THEY'RE STILL TRAPPED!]

I-I-It still won't let us go?! W-What does it want form us? A Special kind of kiss?!

I-I-I don't know...!

*yeah, Reisen's turning a bit red now, too*

[Cube crosses his arms, in thought. His face is wrinkled together, frustrated and embarrassed at the kinds of Kisses this stupid Mistletoe might want.

Maybe it had to be a 'true kiss.' Something not just quickly given?]

I-I ... wonder... I wonder if it wants... something more meaningful...

A-ah...

M-m-maybe...?

[Cube glances upwards at it, and gives it a very cold look. This had to be some type of curse. He didn't sense any magic, so it had to be something... something other worldy to him.

After a sigh, Cube looks at Reisen and then her lips... but looks away. This monstrous pain of a plant has wasted so much time already... Cube thought it was time to roll up his sleeves, mentally, and just try whatever it takes to get out of the situation.]

I hope Sensei doesn't see this...

[Cube leans in to kiss the lunar rabbit but stops, his fingers tremble before holding her chin in place for their lips to meet... except this time the demon holds their lips together for a moment and introduces his tongue. Soon he breaks away and sinks into himself, his fingers pressed against his own lips again as his cheeks and ears burn from all the blood rushing to them]

S-sorry... I-I'm so sorry...

[Then again, if it worked, he'll have to thank a certain someone for teaching him how to kiss]

*Reisen just... is bright red. She stumbles back a few steps, looking like she's in some kind of daze*

A-ah...

*she doesn't even realize the fact that she stepped past the boundary that the mistletoe before hadn't let them go past*

[So embarrassed, he can't make make sense of any words right now, besides "I'm sorry." He just bows his head, and runs off into the hospital, covering his ever so red face, apologizing the whole way to Eirin's office.]
