Oh. Then I'll stick to notebooks I suppose. Eh, easier to burn the evidence in a hurry. Or bury it. [Still a pirate at heart.]

Well... I guess if we got some of the books I could type them up for you. Or we could really big pictures to sort of scan it in. [They have scans in his world, but not computers. Then again, there are cyborgs too so there's that.]

Impressive food machines... I see... Did Japan invent them? They seem like they'd be an American thing since he likes food without a lot of preparation.

Oh... well not exactly. [Rubs the back of his neck.] When I finish up protecting my brothers back home I'm going to go to his world to ah... stay with him. [Blushes.]

Whoa... that sounds really nice! Were there bubble trees?

Sabaody is an archipelago of trees. It doesn't have any dirt or actual... island to hold it together, instead the trees float on the top and their roots extend all the way done. It's right off the Red Line near Mariejois -- which is the World Government "Holy City." No one's allowed through there and Marineford is the marine base next to it to protect it. So instead all the pirates on the Grand Line who want to get into the New World have to stop at Sabody to get their ships coated so that they can go to Fishman Island which is under the ocean, under Sabaody so the the light filters all the way from the treetops. It'd be impossible for any one faction to protect because the Holy City is nearby and so are the tenryuubito, there's so many pirates coming through that even the marines can't deal with them -- though they let the bounty hunters try, and anyone trying to take control would have to deal with a constant bloodbath.

The tenryuubito are world government royalty that can do whatever they want, so even though slavery is illegal everywhere else in the world, the tenryuubito are allowed to own slaves -- though it's usually just pirates, blood of pirates, or fishmen and non-humans. It's pretty much the only place in the world you'll find a slave auction. And because of that, pirates try to kidnap the fishmen children or mermaids, giants, anything that'll fetch a price.
