Please remain indoors. Those who can defend residential areas need to do so, if you haven't started already.

There seems to be a countless number of them. I don't know what to call them, I've seen them before... Either way, they're incredibly hostile.

I have a dreadful feeling about this. The energy I sense... it's as if it's getting thicker or stronger. Whatever happened in the forest...

If anyone needs shelter, please do not be afraid to come to the hospital. I'll do what I can to protect you.

I know we have the safe house, but it would be nice to have a place people can go to in times like

[There is then a video of FIRE as the communicator is falling to the ground. Cube's purple wings expand and he takes off to soar overhead and rain down large swirling spheres of fire

It's then, the Communicator lifts, seemingly by itself, except a white glove can be seen for a moment. The feed then spirls a bunch of colors before hitting Cube in the face. At least one can assume so as it falls away from the demon and heads towards the ground.]

[The closer to the forest you get, the more Reavers you'll find. Currently, Cube is making a circle of fire, trying to catch them in it as he tosses more fire down at them from above. A black void is hanging nearby, familiar black arms branching from it, two holding a sniper rifle with no ammo]

[Shinjiro sneaks up behind and plows through one of the Reavers with an axe. He knows enough not to fuck around with these bastards...they're smart, more like bloodthirsty humans than monsters. He's not using his pistol (or evoker,) until he's close enough to see Cube

Eventually he catches sight of him--and Soraoto--armed Soraoto. He wastes a moment to scowl at that before approaching the two of them. He's got one hand in his coat pocket in case a Reaver gets too close.]

Hey... damn, you weren't kidding about these bastards. Where'd they all come from?

[Aaand pulling out the pistol. Not the evoker. At least, not yet.]

Shinjiro-san!

[Soraoto aims the aniper rifle at the familier Bartender just enough to send a message before shifting his aim, shooting close by, at a Reaver. Cube Flies down and lands close as he can to Shinji.]

I have a bad feeling they're related to that dark presence I feel from the forest...

[He summons a giant ball of fire and sends it towards two Reavers, pushing them back, Soraoto then shoots through their skulls.]

... At least, that's my best guess.

[He sounds a bit out of breath]

[Shinjiro ducked out of the way only to run up against another Reaver. These damned things were endless. His fingers itched for an evoker... Castor could wipe the floor with a horde, no matter how smart the fuckers were.

But not with Cube this close. He took a chance and lifted the axe to swing close range. The Reaver raised its weapon at the same time (some kind of wooden club) and struck Shinji a glancing blow across the left shoulder.

He hardly registered it and swung his axe down across the Reaver's middle, cutting it nearly in half. He then staggered back and made his way toward Cube. His shoulder ached dully but it felt like just a glancing blow. Not worth his attention.]

Well, that's where they live. Maybe somethin'... [He paused for a breath] drove the bastards out.

[One Reaver falls away from the others in the horde, its body twisting for an instant--as if being crushed.

Then it exploded into so much fine, red mist. Its fellows didn't seem to notice, or care.

What they did notice was being plowed into by something deceptively small, red and moving far, far too fast. The first Reaver was crushed--the second in line, partially so. The others being shoved (five, to be exact) remained mostly intact--until they hit a wall. The brick cracks and craters with the force, and the Reavers quite resemble an accordion, smashing into it. But with more blood, tearing flesh and splintering bone.

A pair of prismatic wings rises up over the mess; the crystals visibly redder in color. Flandre floats up overhead, and drifts over almost nonchalantly. That smile of hers doesn't look any more sane than when Cube saw her last.]

Cube~ I found you.

[There was another human--a proper one, not one of these ravening things--but Flandre paid him little mind. At this moment, Shinjiro's presence was merely an inconsequential detail.]

[Cube wasn't sure but it looked as though Shinji was hit. He didn't act it, though.]

Shinjiro-san! Are you alright?

[At first, The explosion scared Cube. He feared the Reavers were responsible for that but it became clear they were the ones dying. The jingle of wings causes Cube's ears to perk. he knew that sound. As soon as he turned, there she was.]

Flandre-chan! T-That was amazing! Are you okay?

[Soraoto shot a few back with the laser rifle. He toyed a little with Shinjiro, though. Making sure to shoot close by until it was no longer fun. Then he moved on.]

Fine!

[He snapped that out a bit. His shoulder had started to throb--just an annoyance, he thought. That didn't occupy his mind for long though.

The explosions--or whatever the hell they were--startled him into a defensive stance. He shifted his stop sign to his mostly numb left and and reached almost without thinking for his evoker. Whatever that was, a blade wouldn't do shit to it.

...and then a small girl emerged. What? Had she done all that? He slowly replaced his evoker-- then took that moment to glare at Soraoto. He could tell the bastard was messing with him.]

[Considering what's going on here, Flandre's voice is strangely...cold.

Her wing crystals seem to have taken on more of a reddish hue--or was that blood? She's splattered with it.]

F-Flandre-chan?

[He is doing a double take. The Red worried him]

[He has to stop and Cast fire, the feed cutting off halfway through transmission]

[Physically, she is! Emotionally...she's something of a murderous wreck.]

I-I'm sorry, Flandre-chan. They just- [And he just casts some Fire here a moment, getting angry he keeps getting interrupted]

[Yeaaa that smile is creeping his a bit out. He says nothing, but is cautious]

They're a bit scary to me...

I-I'm out in front of the Hospital.

[There is only a rustling, crystalline clatter of wings in reply. Flandre has taken off.]
