[The screen lights up and takes a moment to focus due to the strange bright glow for this time of night. Cube's face is outlined by an arrangement of glowing orbs in front of his face. Some are brighter than others and there does seem to be one that shines more than any of the others. It may be hard to see but when he touches the orbs, a ghostly image appears next to it. Soon, all the orbs have images next to them. Images of people's faces.

People Flandre has met.

Unaware of the recording transmission, Cube's tired face searches over each one, putting aside a few he doesn't recognize or is suspicious of. The brightest one gets pushed to the other side, Cirno's face chasing alongside of it as it's moved.

Cube arranges and rearranges the orbs, sighing every once in a while as if trying to solve a puzzle. The communicator eventually times itself back out as if it were bored with the scene.]

((ooc: Only people Flandre has developed CR with will show up as an orb, not just one-time acquaintances. This goes for anyone who has made an impact on Flandre as well. [He fidgets, not wanting to explain the orbs. The last thing he'd want to happen is Flandre to find out he had been spying on her relationships like that. So, instead he at least doesn't put up a fight about his troubles]

Flandre-chan hasn't come home yet. I can't find her and... she hasn't been sent home. I've tried to use the device quite a few times to reach her but no response.

[Exhausted, it's a bit hard to hold back his tears of worry]

I don't know what to do. I've not felt this useless... in quite some time.

Do you know who she lived with? Her neighbors might know where she is or where she might have gone.

And you're not useless, I don't know what those orb things are, but I'm guessing they have something to do with trying to find her.

[She's never wanted to give someone a hug as much as she does now.]

I'm her caretaker.

[There is a pause. After all, he wasn't related to her in any sense and did take over caring for her when everyone else had been sent home.]

She is the one who usually follows me around the hospital or is carrying things for me unless I know she is with a close friend... but since those fish... I have not seen her.

[Another pause as Cube tries to swallow the knot in his throat]

Y-yes... you could say that. Though, they don't tell me what sort of condition she is in and they're not a tracker. Other stewards have used such magics b-but...

[He falls silent, almost wishing he had learned how to track someone now.]

There are non magical ways to track someone you know. [Her world has no magic so they figured out other ways to do things.]

You said something about a close friend? She might be with them, or they might know something. The easiest way is to go out and start asking questions. I can help too, if you'd like.

I've asked but I'll ask again, over the network... and I know there are people keeping an eye out for her. Some have even assisted be in looking for her but... it's just...

[Cube sighs, not sure how to put it but he forces himself to explain]

The orbs before are all people Flandre has a connection with. I- I know it's rude to spy on such a private thing b-but I thought if there were someone new on that list that perhaps I could find them and track down where Flandre is...

I've sorted the orbs based on that but I still haven't gotten anywhere.
