✪ Responsibility! Apologies from the Heart! ✪ [Text]
First, I'd like to send a sincere apology to everyone harmed in the recent events involving Tatsumi's chip removal. I understand sorry doesn't actually fix anything. However, I'm doing all I can to tend to the wounded/ill and correct procedures, and lack there of, that have lead to this situation due to my lack of responsibility
To avoid any similar events from taking place, I'm changing the procedure in which I screen and accept chip removal requests. Starting immediately, all applicants who fill out my chip removal form must respond to any questions themselves and not through a third party. Secondly, all applicants will be thoroughly examined and researched to the best of my abilities. This may include, but not limited to; pulling any medical records available, speaking with designated emergency contact, filtering through applicant's previous communications across the network. Personal opinions will not be sufficient in research.
I'd like to also take this time to remind residents about blood donations. Since the recent fluctuation of residents, the hospital has lost almost all it's donors and we're already nearly out of reserves. Although this may not mean much to you, someone else in the city is going to suffer. To help prevent suffering and other problems, I ask that you consider donating blood, no matter what race or species you happen to be. There are a few recently who could not be treated properly due to the lack of blood available. Please, please, take the time to donate. It really does save lives. Someday, it might even save you.
The staff at the hospital is also suffering. Although we have knowledgeable staff, anyone who can assist us would be greatly appreciated. No medical experience is required as I'm sure we'll be more than happy to teach you the basics while you're here.
Again, I take responsibility for all those effected by the recent attacks. Please feel free to contact me at any time of day, specially if there is something I may assist with or if you're injured/ill. I will come meet you if you're not well enough to be brought tot he hospital
Sincerely,
Cube

[No one ever bothered to explain the chips to this child.]
I don't think I'm big enough to give blood, but I know a little first aid!
[text] tl:dr again lmao
When a chip is removed, it appears the patient's body reacts to it. Everyone becomes ill the first day or two after surgery. However, while the patient may start to feel better, using their abilities again may be difficult and dangerous as they tend to be unfiltered and out of control. For example, my magic caused the entire apartment complex I used to stay at to become animated for a few days. Patients usually regain control after about a week's time. Sometime it's shorter, and others the time period is longer. Some abilities never fully return but I have no explanation as to why except for some theories in particular situations.
Thank you. I'd appreciate it if you could volunteer when you have the time.
Re: [text]no worries. Conan is the master of tl;dr
[text] Yay!! I wonder what Conan will think of Cube, since he looks 10-14 but is over 300 years old.
[text] At first he'll want to know if Cube is ANOTHER apotoxin victim
[text] lol Cube can just show him his magic, and worst comes to worst, introduce him to Soraoto.
[text]Oi, oi, Magic isn't real
[text] I'd like Conan to figure that one out with Cube. XD
[text] Good luck. He's very stubborn about this topic.
[text] Thank goodness Cube is a kind demon...
Re: [text] Hopefully Cube is a patient demon as well
[text] He is the MOST patient demon... well, almost.
Re: [text]Patient enough to handle a nosy skeptical detective?
[text] Maybe. He's dealt with 5 "princesses" so it'll be a change but he can handle it... i hope
[text] How hard could it be? Provided Conan's murder magnet status doesn't kick in
[text] Maybe his chip will protect him fromt hat? *shot*
[text] I am highly tempted to put up a plotting post about that.
[text] adjfgehtsnsrgfdd!!!!!!!! Too bad Tatsumi wont be murdering anyone for a while...
[text ...someday he needs to get soccerballed

[He sounds very cool about it. Like, you know, just getting the info. Not like he's gonna go kill the man or anything. Of course not.

Does Luke need a transfusion?

No, Luke is actually feeling and acting better. I may be able to release him tomorrow as long as he is carefully watched at home for the couple of days.

[text] It'll forever sit in my inbox. BWAHAHAHA
I'm not 'with' the scientists, no. I'm simply someone who has been working here, at the hospital, for almost two years and can perform chip removals.
The reason behind going through communications is to prevent any further harm from happening. I'm a pan of my word and do not find gossip or trading secrets a healthy hobby. Any information I find will be kept to myself for judgment of a chip removal and nothing else.

_I wish I could donate blood, but I'd be happy with volunteering at the hospital, if you'll allow me.|
[TEXT]
If you're unable to donate blood, it's quite alright. The extra hands here would be just as much appreciated as a donation. I would not mind meeting you in person and showing you around the hospital and answering any questions you may have.
My name is Cube. May I ask for your name, please?

[Rolling up her sleeves and getting ready to work!]
What needs to be done?

Ah, I will do my best by working to prevent such things from happening again.
A lot. Would you mind assisting me in teaching some part-time volunteers basic first-aid? There is a boy staying with you who showed interest in helping out here... I've advised him to speak with you about coming to visit sometime if he wishes.

When Ukraine was here I went to her first aid classes, and I even know some healing artes. It's not much, but I think I'll be able to help.
no subject
Did you? That's wonderful!
Any help at all would be most appreciated. If you wish to further your studies in first aid or caring for others, there is always that as well.
What exactly do you mean by healing artes?
