✪ Lets get down to business! Again and again! ✪ [Text]
A lot has been happening lately, and I apologize for my inability to assist with many issues due to my slow recovery in Spero. A few months ago, Dr. Cuddy was sent home and hasn't, to my knowledge, returned. So, I'll be keeping up with the medical records. I'll be keeping with her format and timing, meaning that I'll be reminding everyone about these medical records every month from now on.
I'd like for everyone to fill out this new form, even if you are planning to not return to Discedo. It's for your own benefit should an emergency happen.
What are medical records?
The medical records are simple forms filled out by residents to document their medical state and needs such as name, blood type, species, and previous medical history.
If you are unable to read or write, you may receive assistance filling out a form by stopping by the hospital or contacting me over the network and I'll document things for you.
Why should I fill it out?
In the state of emergency, a medical record on file can be accessed and with it, can speed up assistance to patients. It's in your best interests to fill the form out truthfully in case you're brought in unconscious or are unable to communicate. Also, if you have a specific medical need or even a rare blood type, medical personnel can keep a look out for supplies available for proper treatment, if needed.
What about my privacy?
Your medical record will be stored in an undisclosed location and only accessed and shared by medical personnel when needed. These records are not open the the general public. All records filled electronically will be locked until transferred securely.
Should security of the records be breached, measures will be taken to secure and/or relocate all information as soon as possible. The party responsible for breaching security will be apprehended and harshly dealt with, no exceptions.
How do I update my information?
** Since it has been some time since any records have been updated, I'm asking that everyone please fill out the new form. This way, things will run much more smoothly with how I plan to organize the forms from now on.
Any questions, comments, or concerns are welcome.
Thank you for your time,
Cube

Ah, that's the legends I've heard too. Some of them anyway. I couldn't tell you why I'm different other than that I'm part human as well. Maybe because all the fire logia are red, but my flames can't burn.
no subject
That could be it, but there could also be so many things we may not know. Soraoto-san might know something b-but he would most likely not tell without a price a-and I don't trust him for anything at the moment. [Still, a near-god-like demon like Soraoto should know something more then the average person does about phoenixes]
At least Marco-san can have the best of both worlds, eh?
no subject
Well, hm... I don't know about the best, but certainly parts of both worlds, eh? And flying is always good, eh?
no subject
Ah, I understand. I was simply... trying the phrase out as it seemed appropriate? Ah hah....
Flying is! Ah, it's so strange to be without my wings and aviation magic when my chip was in. Still, it's good to walk when one can.
[Nothing beats flying, though. He's happy Flandre flies too. FLYING FAMILY!]
no subject
[Laughs.] I'm not much of one for walking. Still, gotta keep the legs strong, eh? [Just don't ask how he does that because it's usually through leveling buildings and
sex standing up.]I still can't get used to how many people here fly.
no subject
Ah, I wish I could say the same but I suppose where I'm from it is quite a normal occurrence. Well, excluding the humans. I find it fascinating how they've found ways around it, though.
no subject
Eh, really? What like ships... and "cars"? [omg be proud of him. It took him ages to learn that word and he still finds it a bizarre concept.]
no subject
I can't help but wonder if Heaven's technology leaked or if humans figured such things out themselves. I know I certainly couldn't have! The devices I was able to use during my stay in Japan was incredible and none of it magic!
no subject
Sounds right about Japan. So most of his people are that way too, eh?
no subject
[Despite how old this has probably shown him to be, his voice rises a bit in excitement as he recalls all the housewares.]
But you should see the tools they have for the kitchen! Ahhh~! It was amazing! Some you barely do anything and it'll cook a dinner all by itself! There were so many devices for so many things, though. It can be overwhelming.
no subject
What? How can something cook dinner by itself? Unless it was like a cyborg or something.
[Best mental image of Cube fitting in with the Brave Little Toaster gang.]
no subject
The Mistress always used the computer to do homework, typing up papers like how we type to one another but she could transfer the message onto paper, like a photograph. She could also speak with her friends or research a whole library of things or do both at the same time! It's so complex and I never really found the time to learn it but it was amazing!! You could add things to it as well, like music and pictures or the little jumping people!
[Can you hear how ecstatic he is? He's like a small child going to Disney World or something except he went to modern day Japan instead.]
I don't know! it was fascinating! You add ingredients bought from a store and it would cook all by itself! Oh! oh! There were also these box-like machines everywhere that would give you items if you inserted the correct amount of money into them! You could buy so many things using those and not have to goto a store!
[Omg best image ever!!]
no subject
That sounds... insane. I mean... a little like den den mushi, but how can put an entire library... onto this thing? Can this thing hold books? I should ask Japan...
Whoa seriously!? What kind of food? [As Marco has like... those mice/hamster food dispensers in mind, except with coins to pull the lever.]
no subject
Yes. The younger generations seem dependent on it, actually.
Den den mushi?
Oh! no, it doesn't hold a book itself, those you could still buy, but the information... l-like the words could still be seen on the screen.
Mostly those ready-to-eat foods. They have the instant foods, like the noodles you add water too, and chips, and pickled squid, and some of them are cold so you can even buy ice cream or yogurt! I believe I've seen some broken ones in Discedo before...
Oh! There are similar looking machines that sell toys but it's a game where you maneuver this metal hand to reach down and grab the toy you want. It's quite difficult. I could not win one unless I were to use my magic.
Also, there are ones that take your photo. The Mistress has done that one many times with her friends, and a few times with the Master when he took her to the amusement park as a younger child.
[e sort of wishes he could get photos done now. The thought darkens his excitement a bit.]
no subject
Could we put books on these comm things? Then we wouldn't have to replace the library, anyone could read it.
OH! Wait! Like that drink machine in the mall?
Toys... Well... damn... looks my dream of moving to Japan to protect it with him is looking further by the minute. Sounds... like a lot to take in. Mah, but it can't be as hard as the islands on the New World! I'll find a way!
The amusement park... are those common? There's almost only one on the Grand Line, and it's in an area highly known for slavery and kidnappings. Pops could protect Fishman Island, eh, but no one can take care of Sabaody. Even Rayleigh has troubles and he's one of the few I'd instantly acknowledge as a little stronger than me. [Notice he says "a little" but Rayleigh is probably leagues stronger than Marco. Just to note this.]
no subject
I imagine we could but I wouldn't know how othern than typing up the entire book by hand. It certainly would be much more handy if all the medical books were easy to access on here. [Which is what he is kind-of doing with the medical documents.]
Yes!! The Drink machine! They're like that but with food!
Eh? But isn't Marco-san from a different world than Japan-san? Why does he need protecting? Did something happen?
Yes, apparently so. There was one within the same town in which we lived. It was by the ocean and when one would ride the rides, you could see the coastline. There was also an aquarium too where you could watch penguins and dolphins as well as other water creatures.
W-What? K-Kidnappings?! T-That's terrible. Why is Sabaody so difficult to protect?
[He does note that, but now cant help but worry.]
no subject
Well... I guess if we got some of the books I could type them up for you. Or we could really big pictures to sort of scan it in. [They have scans in his world, but not computers. Then again, there are cyborgs too so there's that.]
Impressive food machines... I see... Did Japan invent them? They seem like they'd be an American thing since he likes food without a lot of preparation.
Oh... well not exactly. [Rubs the back of his neck.] When I finish up protecting my brothers back home I'm going to go to his world to ah... stay with him. [Blushes.]
Whoa... that sounds really nice! Were there bubble trees?
Sabaody is an archipelago of trees. It doesn't have any dirt or actual... island to hold it together, instead the trees float on the top and their roots extend all the way done. It's right off the Red Line near Mariejois -- which is the World Government "Holy City." No one's allowed through there and Marineford is the marine base next to it to protect it. So instead all the pirates on the Grand Line who want to get into the New World have to stop at Sabody to get their ships coated so that they can go to Fishman Island which is under the ocean, under Sabaody so the the light filters all the way from the treetops. It'd be impossible for any one faction to protect because the Holy City is nearby and so are the tenryuubito, there's so many pirates coming through that even the marines can't deal with them -- though they let the bounty hunters try, and anyone trying to take control would have to deal with a constant bloodbath.
The tenryuubito are world government royalty that can do whatever they want, so even though slavery is illegal everywhere else in the world, the tenryuubito are allowed to own slaves -- though it's usually just pirates, blood of pirates, or fishmen and non-humans. It's pretty much the only place in the world you'll find a slave auction. And because of that, pirates try to kidnap the fishmen children or mermaids, giants, anything that'll fetch a price.
no subject
How would one scan them in?
I'm not sure who invented them. I only learned a small bit of history through the Mistress' schooling when she would study. Outside that, I'm afraid I'm at a loss. I'm sorry. However, I dounbt America-san could make such things. [He doesn't think highly on America's intelligence level. Add that and the fact Cube also believe America is mentally unstable and you get why he wouldn't trust the country near a kitchen.]
[Cube notices the change in expression there, specially since it's not really one he was expecting. However, he keeps it to himself. Instead his eyes widen at what Marco says.]
Y-you plan to leave your original world for another as well, Marco-san?! I-I thought I was the only one. How do you plan to get there? Is there portal magic in your world somewhere?
Sabaody sounds beautiful itself... but The Holy City d-doesn't sound very holy at all. How does one coat their ship to go under water?
T-Thats horrible. Slavery of any kind is unforgivable! And to think that fishmen in the world I'm from are the ones who kidnap children. [maybe some kind of weird mirror image? he isn't sure but his ears are drooped in a mess of bad feelings.]
Ah, b-but didn't you say your father protected the Fishman island?
1/? IDK I gotta split these up though XDDD
2/?
3/? [THIS ONE LOCKED: 70%]
Ah, but as I said, I'm not sure he'll be able to even see me so I'm going to talk to England to help me, because I know he or she will. And phoenixes are... special. And my world has Vegapunk trying for space travel and Sky Islanders are special, and I can go to the giants on Elbaf. I have to protect my family first, but then I will find a way to Japan, because I won't let him down. No matter what. Even if I have to chart the stars.

The trees have a special sticky sap that it is a bit salty from the ocean. It can be used to make all kinds of things that will fly about or work in the amusement part, and it can coat the ships in a giant bubble to make them hold oxygen and such. Which is really useful for Devil fruit users like me, eh? My Pops was clever too. When we had to fight Marineford and all the marines and shichibukai to get back Ace, we covered the four side ships in it and popped up under water on those while the allies pretended to make a regular attack and distract them. And then even later than that we sailed our flagship the Moby Dick in under water too. Ah but... [Grits his teeth furiously.] Akainu burned her too. I really hate that man.
done
I... don't really know what will happen without Pops... To be honest. I can't hold it alone. And I'm worried trying will just make people want to try to prove how we're not so tough without Pops... so it'd be a constant battleground and that was the opposite of the point. It'll... have to go to another pirate emperor, or someone just as strong. But I wish I could more to help King Neptune after how close he and my Pops were.
1/3?
W-When does Marco-san sleep?!
[He clears his throat and smiles, a little]
Ah, well that would be really handy, w-wouldn't it? I can't imagine turning oneself in working more than once, though, if it worked at all.
I believe a computer can still have it's information erased in a hurry a-and from the sounds of things, it might be best for such a large crew. M-maybe Japan-san will know more?
I still need to ask Japan-san a favor in regards to these devices. If I had met him as he is now, a person, but before ever coming to Discedo... I would have thought he were an Angel. They're usually the ones who know the ins and outs of technology, like he does. Was Vegapunk a robot?

[But most of all, he wants to be with Reisen, Eirin, and Flandre. That's where home is to him.]
I've been sent back twice now and each time I've done so, I've appeared to have forgotten my memories of Discedo when I'm not here. When I returned, it's alsmost as if the memories were just waiting to flood back. It's strange but- but I've recieved help on keeping them as well.
I'm sure my mistresses... I'm sure they'd want this for me as well. I-It hurts to think I'll forget them when I do this but, I can't imagine going back to a life without my family. All I can do right now to prepare is to memorize as much information about the worlds I wish to visit so my portal magic will take me there.
I would really like to visit Marco-san someday, if that's okay. Your world sounds so amazing, even with its problems!! A-And I'd like to see Marco-san again once we've left here.
