Thank you Miss Washu for helping earlier with Cecil's fever. He still seems to have one but it's nowhere near as high as it was. I'm still worried, though.
Do we know what's wrong with him? Aren't seizures a big problem? This doesn't sound like any normal fever... I wish I knew more about seizures and diagnosis now... ["It's times like this that I wish I was a Doctor..."]
Isn't there anything we can do for him? Isn't there a medication or treatment that can help? I'll do whatever I can, where necessary. I ... I really want to help him.

Also, uh... I'm not quite sure what to do about these ... tilting things. They don't seem to be harming anyone but there are quite a lot of them...
Where did they even come from? Are they supposed to assist the medical staff in some way? I'm confused as to w-

[Cube abruptly stops talking when he hears Cecil speak from behind]
Elf? ... Why are you here?

E-Elf? [Cube turns around] Oh! You're awake! How are you feeling?

[Transmission abruptly cuts off]

[Cube tries to leave the room, to fetch something while trying not to step on any scales.] Cute but cumbersome.

[The scales do hop aside, but keep pointing at Cube, and start to follow him in a neat little line]

... Yes. They tend to get a bit... underfoot.

[Cube stops, watching them all line up, he tries not to be scared of them, but he feels odd being pointed at in such a way... as if he was doing something wrong.]

When there is nothing for them to... indicate.

[Cube kneels down and tries to pick them up for gathering]

They are only tilting... they will not harm you.

[The scales allow him to pick them up, except on of them which kind of wants to sit on his head]

Seven... is a lucky number... almost universally.

[Cube attempts to look up but only feels the scale. He lets out a sigh]
Perhaps but... they're not tiling at you, Medicine Seller-san...

So, they're lucky?

Perhaps... they are bored... and you are the only thing here... for which they can work with.

[Cube hadn't thought about that. He started to smile.]
Is that what it is? If so, they can tilt at me all they want! I wouldn't want them bored or sad.

Oh, good. I think we could all use some good luck around here. It's fortunate for everyone that they spread about, isn't it?

No. They tend to get more... rambunctious... if they become too bored.

[There is a scale that is getting quite comfortable on Cubes head. There is another vying for a spot on his nose]

[He is much too passive to wave them away, so he lets them do as they please, even if they still make him feel uncomfortable.]
I- I suppose you kept them busy before Discedo? ... weighing things...?

[Unconsciously, his face pulls away from the scales at his nose]
