A lot has been happening lately, and I apologize for my inability to assist with many issues due to my slow recovery in Spero. A few months ago, Dr. Cuddy was sent home and hasn't, to my knowledge, returned. So, I'll be keeping up with the medical records. I'll be keeping with her format and timing, meaning that I'll be reminding everyone about these medical records every month from now on.

I'd like for everyone to fill out this new form, even if you are planning to not return to Discedo. It's for your own benefit should an emergency happen.


What are medical records?
     The medical records are simple forms filled out by residents to document their medical state and needs such as name, blood type, species, and previous medical history.
     If you are unable to read or write, you may receive assistance filling out a form by stopping by the hospital or contacting me over the network and I'll document things for you.

Why should I fill it out?
     In the state of emergency, a medical record on file can be accessed and with it, can speed up assistance to patients. It's in your best interests to fill the form out truthfully in case you're brought in unconscious or are unable to communicate. Also, if you have a specific medical need or even a rare blood type, medical personnel can keep a look out for supplies available for proper treatment, if needed.

What about my privacy?
     Your medical record will be stored in an undisclosed location and only accessed and shared by medical personnel when needed. These records are not open the the general public. All records filled electronically will be locked until transferred securely.
     Should security of the records be breached, measures will be taken to secure and/or relocate all information as soon as possible. The party responsible for breaching security will be apprehended and harshly dealt with, no exceptions.

How do I update my information?

** Since it has been some time since any records have been updated, I'm asking that everyone please fill out the new form. This way, things will run much more smoothly with how I plan to organize the forms from now on.

Hmm. They served their kingdoms well and were very loved. I have no doubts that Musume-sama will be a great queen someday, as well. Right. Not too many people who spend years and years studying medicine are going to then go risk it all throwing in their loyalties against the world government and becoming a man of the treacherous sea, eh? And likewise, the kind of person who would want to be a pirate usually doesn't have the disposition or capacity to study medicine to that degree. Someone like Chopper is truly amazing, and not just because he's a zoan like me.

[Just when you think you've seen enough blushing, Cube's cheeks get brighter as his gaze darts away.]

Ah, I-I don't believe so. T-They left quite some time ago. [He unconsciously starts to fidget with his cuff] B-But I plan to leave my home world a-and go looking for theirs. I doubt the deities c-care about the world I wish to travel to and become a part of.

Chopper-sama was truly a treasure. I miss him as well. I wish i could have gotten to know him a bit better but perhaps he'll return someday. Even if he doesn't recall, like many do, it'll still be nice to see him once more.

Ahh... that would be nice. I haven't gotten to meet another zoan user in ages. [Quiet laugh and shakes his head.] Luffy really knows how to find some amazing nakama I suppose. Ace said that too, but I thought he was just bragging.

If you're here long enough, I'm sure you will. I've even been surprised to see people from the worlds in which I've served.

There are pleasant surprises from time to time, L-Like Saburo-san arriving again.

You think so? Zoan users aren't exactly common even in my world. Out of everyone in my crew I'm the only one. Even Luffy's crew just has Chopper.

Heh, well then I hope I get to meet Chopper again. And some people from your world -- if they were friends, eh.

Ah, it's just about as common as anything else. [He sounds a bit bitter, but it's not directed at Marco.]

One assassin from my world arrived here almost two years ago. The one assassin, out of who knows how many in the Demon World alone, who was obsessed with the mistress arrived here.

[And murdered him after torturing him.]

I hope so too, it's be nice, and I really hope it's not someone wishing to do harm. This world does enough as it is.

He's already plotted several ways to keep trying to murder Blackbeard if he shows up, but even he knows that's a bit out of his league.] Ah... do me a favor. If a man called "Teach" or Blackbeard ever shows up -- big guy, missing a bunch of teeth, full name "Marshall D. Teach" -- don't let anyone take out his chip. He killed my Pops for his devil fruit, and I don't think there's anyone here who could handle both his darkness and Pops' earthquakes.

There are far too many people to warn of from my world but the assassin I mentioned before..... his name is Gateau. He is rather weak compared to some here but if he ever shows up again, please contact me as soon as possible... and refrain from mentioning me to him.

Do enemies often show up here?

Yes, I suppose you may call it that. I wouldn't wish for anyone to be hurt, though.

Hm, I haven't really noticed a trend, thus far. I've had more acquaintances and friends show up than enemies or threats from the Worlds I'm from.

I've heard of beasts showing up. Ones people here are familiar with from their home worlds. Aside from people, only familiar items have shown up here for me.

Beasts, eh? I had heard there was a seacat in the lake the first time Ace and the crew sailed over. They're supposed to be good luck though. And I know there's Rapahn around. Anything you recognize from your worlds?

Hm, well, I can't compare to yours since I've not been there but I have visited the Human world of Earth and lived in Japan for some time. In comparison, I believe the beasts are indeed "rougher" in the Human World I'm familiar with.

The beasts here, for the most part, are somewhat alike in strength to most found when traveling, except for the very very strong beings, like Dragons and arch-demons. I can't speak for the Celestial World, but I'm sure they have beasts of their own to compare with.

A little bit of both, but they can cause avalanches I believe. Individually they're only about as tough as a polar bear. [... Only he says.] It's more in group that they're dangers, but that's like most pirates too.

Yeah, but most people from Japan's world seem to think cougars are a threat. [Cougars Cube. Cougars. Not that Marco expects everyone to be Ace and Luffy because they are just psychos, but cougars are not even tigers.] Or dinosaurs. [Eyeroll.]

You have dragons where you're from? Do you have phoenixes too?

W-Whoa. I can see how they could be pretty scary, specially if you're alone against a whole bunch of them.

Ah, well, to humans they are a threat. From what I learned in Japan, dinosaurs are a big deal only because they existed a long time ago in that world. They still exist int he worlds I'm from, so it's not much of a scare? I'm not sure but that's what I assume.

Yes, but I've never seen one. I've seen very rare magical items named after phoenixes. A very rare ingredient for spell craft is a phoenix feather, hence why Soraoto-san wanted one of yours so badly.

Dinosaurs only still exist on some very few prehistoric islands, but the insects and diseases are a far bigger threat on those islands. Jungle temperatures and moisture are breeding grounds for obscure illnesses.

Hah, really? I guess I could try to get you one then. I go through a ... messy season in Spring. [Moulting.] The flames usually fade after a little bit though; not that they burn anything as it is.

Yeah that sounds about right. The islands are so isolated, and each one has its own species that evolved just for that area.

Ah... was that too creepy to offer? Sorry. Still.. if you have a jar for it, it's not like it's a lock of my hair or anything as weird as that. Just feathers. And people use non-fire ones for quills and whatever. [Mind you, he likes his feathers, they sparkle, but the springtime ones drive him crazy.] Long as it doesn't need a tail feather. Those are almost as long as a chain as it is. [And then some. In his biggest form shown, the tail is almost as long as his entire body which is quite a bit bigger than a human.]

That's... I don't know how to answer. Very strong? They're better than armor. Not that I would be willing to carry someone on my tail. [Winces and twitches slightly. Holding Marco's tail while he's goofing around is an actually an effective way to hold him captive unless he remembers to switch back.] I just meant the shape and... length. But as I said, the tail feathers I can't give away. They're... my tail feathers. I can't fly without them. And you wouldn't be able to put them anywhere... Ah it's the undercoat that usually comes out easily. The blue ones. I guess a few gold, but nothing like my tail.

H-Honestly, I have never thought a phoenix would be blue. T-They're often depicted as red, orange, and golden. B-but maybe they are and no one knows better because they're so rare?
